Occupancy rulesOn
Maximum 3 people.
— Reservations must be made by a person over 18 years of age.
Upon check-in, all guests must present valid identification (national ID card, passport, or residence permit).
—Only those included in the reservation are permitted entry; if this occurs, the reservation will be terminated without entitlement to a refund.
—No, groups of young people under 24 are not accepted.
Arrival and departure
— Arrival from 14:00.
— Departure before 11:00.
If you arrive at the apartment after 10 PM, please let me know in advance. Late check-in is possible but requires prior coordination and additional information.
Payment Policy
— First payment: 10% of the total booking to confirm it.
— Second payment: The remainder of the amount will be paid 7 days before your arrival.
PoleCancellation policy:
— 100 % del pago realizado es reembolsable si se cancela 8 días anteriores a la llegada o antes (los días se cuentan según la hora local española donde está ubicado el apartamento).
— 0% refundable if cancelled afterwards.
Security deposit
A security deposit of €200 is required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay provided there is no damage to the apartment.
Usage rules:
I am opening the doors to my flat for you. Please treat it as if it were your own, keep it tidy, and respect this space.
Smoking is not permitted inside the flat or on the balcony.
—Parties and events are not permitted.
— Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
No pets allowed.
The apartment must be left in the same condition in which it was found.
The loss of the keys will incur a cost of €150 per set.
Cleaning service included
— Daily refuse collection and light cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms are provided.
Towels and bed linen are changed once a week.
Security and ownership
Not suitable for children or babies.
Security cameras at the entrance.
Smoke detector installed.
