Rental conditions<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

Occupancy rules<\/strong>On<\/strong><\/p>

Maximum 3 people.<\/p>

\u2014 Reservations must be made by a person over 18 years of age.<\/p>

Upon check-in, all guests must present valid identification (national ID card, passport, or residence permit).<\/p>

\u2014Only those included in the reservation are permitted entry; if this occurs, the reservation will be terminated without entitlement to a refund.<\/p>

\u2014No, groups of young people under 24 are not accepted.<\/p>

\u2014 Arrival from 14:00.<\/p>

\u2014 Departure before 11:00.<\/p>

If you arrive at the apartment after 10 PM, please let me know in advance. Late check-in is possible but requires prior coordination and additional information.<\/p>

\u2014 First payment: 10% of the total booking to confirm it.<\/p>

\u2014 Second payment: The remainder of the amount will be paid 7 days before your arrival.<\/p>

I am opening the doors to my flat for you. Please treat it as if it were your own, keep it tidy, and respect this space.<\/p>

Smoking is not permitted inside the flat or on the balcony.<\/p>

\u2014 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM \u2013 8:00 AM<\/p>

No pets allowed.<\/p>

The apartment must be left in the same condition in which it was found.<\/p>

The loss of the keys will incur a cost of \u20ac150 per set.<\/p>

\u2014 <\/strong>Daily refuse collection and light cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms are provided.<\/p>
